The Calling: Live Where You Serve

Are you a maturing disciple of Jesus called to “incarnational” ministry? Lago Vista Neighbor (LVN) is seeking a Secondary Program Director to live in the heart of our vibrant, multi-ethnic community. This isn’t just a job; it’s a life-together mission to blend spiritual discipleship with academic empowerment for our 6th–12th grade neighbors.

Core Responsibilities

  • Disciple & Empower: Lead school-year and summer initiatives (Youth Leadership, Youth Group, Tutoring) to foster holistic spiritual and academic growth.
  • Be a Neighbor: Build high-trust relationships by living on-site and being a visible, engaged presence for families and students.
  • Bridge the Gap: Partner with local schools (Lucille Erwin & Loveland High) to advocate for students and lead our “Graduation and Beyond” scholarship efforts.
  • Steward the Space: Reflect our care for the neighborhood by caring for our property through hands-on groundskeeping, including seasonal lawn care and snow removal.

About You (Qualifications)

  • Devoted Disciple: Your life reflects biblical character and a contagious love for Jesus; you are active in a local church.
  • Youth-Focused Leader: You have experience in youth ministry or classroom management, with a heart for multicultural environments.
  • Servant’s Heart: You believe no task is too small—from praying with a student to shoveling a sidewalk.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; beginning to intermediate Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Administrative Skill: A self-starter with organizational skills who can stick to a set budget.
  • Mission-Aligned: Ready for the unique lifestyle of living on-site in a provided residence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $15.50 – $19.50 / hour (Based on experience) + On-site housing.
  • On-Site Housing: A 3-bed, 2-bath residence within the community. Includes rent, water, trash, and internet (Estimated value: $1,500/mo).
  • Health & Wellness: EPC Gold High-Deductible Health Plan; optional Vision/Dental.
  • Future Planning: 403(b) retirement account.
  • Rest: Generous PTO and paid holidays.

Deadline to Apply: February 28, 2026. How to Apply: Send a resume and cover letter explaining why you’re a fit for the position to hiring@lagovistaneighbor.org.
